1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered by qq808, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

3 Eligibility

Access to the qq808 Platform and Services is restricted. To register and maintain an Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. qq808 strictly prohibits access by minors. We apply mandatory age verification to every Account as part of the KYC process described in Section 5.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The qq808 Platform is operated and marketed specifically for the Indonesian market. Players accessing from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that prevents you from contracting.
4. Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended qq808 Account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account at any time.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have applied for self-exclusion from the qq808 Platform or from any other gambling platform under a shared exclusion arrangement that covers qq808.
6. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of qq808 or any of its affiliated studios or payment processors, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest in using the Services.

qq808 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of qq808 Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to the following conditions regarding your Account:

1. Accuracy of Information: All registration details — including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, mobile number, and bank account details — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. qq808 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
3. Immediate Notification: You must notify qq808 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization or that your credentials have been compromised.
4. One Account Rule: Only one Account per individual, household, shared device, or shared IP address is permitted. Where qq808 determines that multiple Accounts exist under common ownership or control, all such Accounts may be suspended, and balances may be consolidated or forfeited at qq808's discretion.
5. Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights attached to it to any other person.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

qq808 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Accounts. KYC verification is required before a Player may make their first withdrawal, before any withdrawal exceeding Rp 5.000.000, or at any time qq808 determines that additional verification is warranted by risk, compliance, or anti-money-laundering considerations.

The standard KYC documentation set required by qq808 includes:

• Government-issued photo identification: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport. The document must clearly show your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.
• Proof of address: A document issued within the last three months confirming your Indonesian residential address — for example, a utility bill, bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another Indonesian bank, or an official government correspondence.
• Payment method verification: Where withdrawals are requested to a bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), qq808 may require confirmation that the payment method belongs to the registered Account holder. This may include a screenshot of the registered e-wallet or a bank-issued confirmation of account ownership.

qq808 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing items. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with the qq808 Privacy Policy. Data is processed solely for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.

6 Deposits

qq808 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet Balance in IDR with no currency conversion applied by qq808.

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no platform fee applied to deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
2. Processing Time: Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and local e-wallets are typically credited to the Player's Wallet Balance within two to five minutes of confirmed payment. qq808 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
3. Deposit Source: All funds deposited into a qq808 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name and is consistent with the verified Account identity. Deposits from third-party sources are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
4. Failed Deposits: Where a deposit transaction fails, any funds debited from the Player's bank account will be returned by qq808 within three to five business days, subject to the Player notifying support with evidence of the failed transaction.
5. Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the responsible gaming controls in their Account dashboard. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 72 hours. Reductions take immediate effect.

7 Withdrawals

qq808 is committed to processing withdrawals swiftly. Verified Accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to be credited to their nominated bank account or e-wallet within five minutes of approval during standard operating hours (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays).

1. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There are no platform fees applied to withdrawals.
2. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the qq808 Account holder. qq808 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
3. KYC Prerequisite: No withdrawal will be processed until the Account has successfully completed the KYC verification process described in Section 5.
4. Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Withdrawal requests made while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
5. Withdrawal Review: qq808 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud reviews on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000. Such reviews will be completed within 24 hours. Players will be notified of any additional documentation required during this process.
6. Withdrawal Refusal: qq808 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal where the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

qq808 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to occasions such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who hold a verified qq808 Account in good standing. qq808 reserves the right to exclude any Account from a promotional offer at its discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus offers carry a Wagering Requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and the eligible games that contribute toward the requirement will be stated in each promotion's dedicated terms page. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered through within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's balance without prior notice, unless the Player has been specifically notified of an extension.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with other offers, Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
5. Abuse and Collusion: qq808 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any Player found to be exploiting promotions through collusion, the use of multiple Accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, or any other form of abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended.
6. No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted to real money other than through satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.
7. Amendments: qq808 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, except where continued operation of the promotion is no longer reasonably possible due to technical or regulatory factors.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the qq808 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to product-specific rules applicable to slots, live casino games, and sportsbook markets.

1. Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed and binding only when a confirmation message is displayed by the Platform and the relevant stake has been deducted from the Player's Wallet Balance. No bet is valid until this confirmation is received.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game or market carries its own minimum and maximum stake, displayed within the game or market interface. qq808 reserves the right to apply individual Account-level stake limits where risk management requires.
3. Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that affects a game result or market settlement, qq808 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Wallet Balances. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error may be recovered by qq808.
4. Sportsbook Settlement: Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 organizing committee, BWF for badminton events). Where results are disputed, qq808's settlement decision, made in good faith using available official sources, is final.
5. Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered where technically supported. qq808 cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets and reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice for risk management or technical reasons.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qq808 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing Account management.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through known exploits are subject to reversal.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other Players, including in live poker or live casino environments, to defraud other players or the Platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qq808 staff members via any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the qq808 Platform — including but not limited to the qq808 brand name, logo, design, graphics, software, game content licensed from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, text, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of qq808 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or digital environment.

12 Privacy & Data

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and service improvement.

qq808 applies 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your browser or device and the Platform. Sensitive data — including identity documents, payment details, and account credentials — is stored in encrypted form on secured servers. qq808 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq808 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if qq808 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to, or unavailability of, the Platform or any of its Services, including for scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, or events outside qq808's reasonable control (force majeure).
• The actions, content, or conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or external data suppliers, where such parties operate under their own independent contractual arrangements with the Player or with qq808.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes qq808's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The qq808 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or market data, or the fitness of any specific game for a particular purpose.

14 Responsible Gaming

qq808 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide all Players with a suite of self-management tools designed to help them maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available at all times from the Account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total funds you may deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive an alert when your limit is approaching and be logged out automatically when it is reached.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further real-money bets may be placed until the period resets.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of qq808's licensing jurisdiction.

qq808 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. While the Platform is marketed to Indonesian players and denominated in Indonesian Rupiah, Players acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative development, and that qq808's license is issued by its international regulatory authority.
